I am not happy about something at Pre-school, who should I speak to?

Windmill Pre-school operates an ‘open door’ policy and welcomes all forms of feedback, positive or otherwise. If you have concerns, you should speak initially to the Pre-school manager. In the event that the manager is unavailable or unable to answer your feedback then please contact the Chair of Trustees.

I have a comment/query what do I do?

Please speak to the Pre-school manager or your child’s key worker. 

How can I complain?

If you a specific concern, please either speak or write to the Pre-school manager or the Chair of trustees.

I want to complain about the Pre-school manager, who do I speak to?

Please raise your issues with the Chair of trustees, either directly or in writing.
